Ote-ote is a traditional food originating from Surabaya. With characteristics almost the same as fried bakwan. The fans are quite diverse, ranging from children to adults. Ote-ote is also often cooked using a mixture of vegetables to add a delicious taste. Here's how to make ote ote: 1) Prepare the tools and materials needed Materials needed :
1. 250 grams of wheat flour 2. 125ml of water 3.2 carrots 4.2 celery stalks 5. 1 leek 6. 2 grains of garlic 7. 1 egg 8. Instant turmeric seasoning 9. All-purpose seasoning / instant pepper 10. Salt and sugar to taste 11. Sprouts to taste 12. Oil to taste 2) Cut the carrots, garlic, celery leaves and spring onions
3) Combine flour, eggs, water, chopped vegetables, and seasonings to taste. Then stir until blended
4) Pour enough oil into the pan, then heat
5) After that, take the ote ote dough with a size of 1 tablespoon
6) Then, fry the dough until cooked and crispy and ready to eat
